In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us on 8907300036 and send a mail to [email protected] . Any cancellations made during working hours, before your Service has been delivered or product has been dispatched, will be accepted.

No cancellations will be entertained once the service has been delivered or the product is dispatched.

Successful cancellations will be refunded within 5 working days.

If you receive your product and the same is received in damaged condition then you can return the damaged product and we will send a new product to you on receipt of the damaged product.

The services once delivered can not be exchanged or returned.


We promise to provide an exchange service on products up to 7 days after the order delivery date. Items sent for exchange must be unopened and in original condition.

Exchanges can be performed for the same product.

Once your request has been accepted, Refunds will take 7 working days to show up in your Account.
